NIPO – TEMPORARILY CLOSED

We were advised that the National Intellectual Property Office will be temporarily closed for Intellectual Property Agents and the General Public with immediate effect (from 30.04.2021 onwards) as one of their officers has been identified as a close contact of a Covid -19 positive patient. Further action in this regard will be determined immediately upon receiving the PCR test report of the officer concerned.
As delays will now occur, your patience and understanding will be appreciated.

World Bank Certificate For Doing Business

John Wilson and several lawyers employed at John Wilson Partners contributed to the Doing Business Research for the Doing Business Team of the World Bank Group.

Questionnaires for which answers were contributed included questionnaires dealing with registering property, enforcing contracts, labour market regulation, getting credit, protecting minority investors and contracting with the Government.

We intend to continue contributing in 2021 and were pleased to receive this certificate in appreciation of our time and effort in answering the questionnaires that informed the development of doing business indicators.
